9:00 a.m: Oatmeal with flax seed, cinnamon, protein powder, banana, water.
1:00 p.m: Mix of stuff from salad bar. Tabouli on the side. Spinach, hard boiled egg, sunflower seeds, some avocado, chick peas, broccoli, small piece of potato, oil/vinegar dressing.
7:00 p.m: Had the below from the grocery store. Small container. These pictures are deceiving. Anyways, wheatberry salad, portobello mushroom and some pasta. I haven't cooked in a while...
Some friends were meeting at a Timmie's/Wendy's so I joined. Good ol Scarborough hood. I had an Oreo frosty and some fries. Go me.
