11 a.m: Snacking on almonds. Also had a few chocolate covered hazelnuts. Yea, you read it right. tasted like Nutella. Yum.
12:30 p.m: Take out. Broccoli, green beans and roasted potatoes. Had me a small brownie piece for desert as well.
5:30 p.m: Some left overs from lunch. I didn't eat it all earlier. It was too much.
8:00 p.m: Baby carrots with hummus.
I won't be working out for a few days for reasons I shall not write. Figure it out.
9:45 p.m: Sliced a small tomato and put some goat cheese and balsamic dressing over top. Enough veggies today, I think.
