Exercise (6:00 a.m.): 30 mins on treadmill.
9:30 a.m: Oatmeal with cinnamon, flax seed, banana, water.
12:45 p.m: Lentils and rice with a falafel sandwich. Fulllll.
5:30 p.m: My parents came downtown. We went to Zeteca for burritos. I had a veggie one. I later bought a red velvet cupcake at Canteen. Ugh, so good. So bad. Moment on the lips, lifetime on the hips.
Exercise (10:30 p.m.): My iphone has this app called "Nike Training". It's pretty badass. Today I did the "15 minute abs" and oh man, it was a tough one! I tried to keep up as best as I could. I think I'll do more of these work outs I think. This was my first time.
