5:30 a.m: Cereal with flax seed and rice milk.
Exercise (7:00 a.m.): 45 min boot camp.
9:15 a.m: Booster Juice with protein.
10:00 a.m: Small piece of some almond coffee cake thing I was offered.
12:30 p.m: Ravi Soups. Porcinni mushroom soup with veggie wrap. May have stopped by the mini donut place on the way. Had three. They're mini!! See. They're fresh, and warm and *drools*.
5:00 p.m: Protein bar
8:00 p.m: The usual shit. I made quinoa salad for the work potluck tomorrow so had some of that with a plain omelet.
