Luckily I already am seeing the chiropractor today so maybe she can fix it. I think I am just due for a massage.
7:30 a.m: Smoothie. Rice milk, strawberry, banana, protein powder.
2:00 p.m: Late lunch. Big plate. I indulged and got the noodles. Green beans, broccoli, noodles.
Exercise (6:00 p.m): 1 hour with trainer.
7:15 p.m: Protein bar
8:00 p.m: Salad (spinach, arugula, goat cheese, sunflower seeds, tomato, olive oil, lemon, salt), omelet with some butter.
10:15 p.m: Stove top popcorn
