7:00 a.m: Cereal with rice milk
I put my alarm on with the intention of working out this morning. Not gonna happen. If I stop boot camp, I'm never gonna work out again.
12:30 p.m: Veggie chilli, some toast. Half a brownie.
4:30 p.m: Some cheese with a cracker, chocolate covered almonds, a few chips... yea, Friday's at work.
7:00 p.m: Sushi. Ice cream after.
Exercise (9:30 p.m): 1 hour at gym
I'm considering joining a the 7 a.m. boot camp 5 days a week, Mon-Fri. Am I crazy? I need to get to this 30 pounds. It'll be a year in like, March. 1 year for 30 pounds? Come on now.
