Exercise (7:00 a.m): 45 min boot camp
9:00 a.m: Had 3 (yes, 3) little mini muffins. Homemade that a co-worker brought in. Oatmeal, banana, chocolate chip, walnut... I think. Very good.
1:30 p.m: My stomach feels off today. I had tofu veggie something or other soup. Oh, with soba noodles.
7:30 p.m: Stir fry with just a bunch of veggies, quinoa, olive oil and hey, threw in some curry powder.
