I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

Wednesday
7:30 a.m: Cereal with rice milk. I need to start changing that up again. Falling into old habits of eating cereal every morning.
12:15 p.m: Leftovers from last night's dinner.
3:00 p.m: I did have cookies. Sigh. Also a latte from Timmie's. Not good. Regret.
6:30 p.m: Went to Fresh for dinner with a friend. So good. Good veggie place.
