5:45 a.m: Protein shake. Rice milk, water, banana, strawberry, protein powder
Exercise (7 a.m.): 1 hour with trainer. Felt good. I've been slacking.
1:00 p.m: Ravi soups. Butternut squash and veggie wrap.
6:00 p.m onwards: I went out. Had nachos and some chips too.
