12:30 p.m: Falafel sandwich
7:00 p.m: Asparagus fried in coconut oil, 2 hard boiled eggs, tabouli. Mmm!
9:00 p.m: Another try for my favourite blog. Healthy Sugar cookies. Yum! :) Clearly I am failing at this "diet". Whatever, I am enjoying life. If I'm going to lose weight, I'm ok with it coming off slowly if it means I will enjoy what I eat!
Exercise (9:30 p.m): Can you tell I felt guilty for the above? 45 mins on treadmill. Some running.
