6:00 a.m: 1 hard boiled egg, few almonds

Exercise (7 a.m.): Killer 45 min boot camp. I needed a towel, bad.

12:30 p.m: Falafel sandwich

8:30 p.m: Sushi

10:30 p.m: 2 sugar cookies
