7:15 a.m: Huge spoonful's of my homemade Nutella. It was good. Too much sugar for first thing in the morning? Probably.
12:30 p.m: Sandwich. Bread, avocado, garlic mayo, mushroom, goat cheese, arugula, s&p, olive oil
One tinnnnny mini chocolate egg. Ok, more. Handful now.
4:00 p.m onwards: Work function so all kind of pub foods all night.
Exercise 11:00 p.m): 30 mins on treadmill. 10 running.
