11:30 a.m: protein shake. Rice milk, frozen berries, protein powder
Exercise (2:00 p.m): 45 min treadmill
Here is me trying to remember all this 2 days later...
5:00 p.m: Tabouli at my parent's house.
7:00 p.m: Dinner out. Food was sooo good. Allens. Had pasta for the meal and then an eclair for dessert. Mmmm.
11:30 p.m: Late night snack. Toast with cream cheese, tomato, avocado
