6:00 a.m: Almonds
Exercise (7 a.m): 1 hour with trainer. I was gonna get measured/weighed this morning but I said F it. I felt fat and knew I'd see no results. I have one more session with her in 2 weeks. I'll do it then.
9:00 a.m: Banana
9:45 a.m: Green tea. Trying to get into it cause it's good for you. Also had 3 squares of dark chocolate.
12:15 p.m: Salad. Click on photo and it says what's in there. Raw, vegan, gluten free = hippie food!
3:00 p.m: Mini eggs, Apple. One good, one bad? I was having such a healthy day.
5:00 p.m: A brownie, half a cookie, some pretzels. Fun!
9:30 p.m: Stove top popcorn with some choc chips in it. :P
