11:00 a.m: Almonds
Exercise (1:30 p.m): 1 hr on treadmill. Lots of sweat. Lots of good music.
I snacked on almonds again.
3:00 p.m: Frozen broccoli and corn fried on olive oil. Parm cheese. Lazy food.
9:00 p.m: Out. Veggie burger and sweet potato fries. Chocolate cake.
