10:30 a.m: Almonds. Seems like this is all I eat.
12:00 p.m: Slice of banana bread.
1 - 2:30 p.m: All you can eat sushi. I actually didn't do too bad.
6:00 p.m: Out. Coconut milk green tea something or other, it was good. Chocolate toast. Amazing.
Back to healthy tomorrow.
