9:15 a.m: Apple slices with almond butter, green tea
12:15 p.m: Last night's dinner. Plus half a cookie.
4:00 p.m: Pretzels
6:45 p.m: Work. Food. Ingredients copied off Fresh's site. sam houston burrito slow cooked soy & sweet potato taco filling, sautéed peppers & onions, salsa, avocado chipotle sauce, lettuce and alfalfa sprouts.
