10:30 a.m: Apple with almond butter.
Enough almonds for one day I think.
12:45 p.m: Bought. Quinoa pie, pretty good. Some mushroom medley salad.
4:00 p.m: Popcorn... smartfood popcorn so not the good kind.
8:00 p.m: Below. Spaghetti squash. Then I took a dish and shoved iti n the oven with the following. Olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, potato, tomato, zucchini, parmesan cheese. Not too bad.
Exercise (9:45 p.m): 30 mins on treadmill. Walked. Boring. Annoying couple walked in so I ditched.
