6:00 a.m: Handful of almonds
Exercise (7 a.m.): 45 min boot camp, 7 min treadmill jog (voluntary!)
9:00 a.m: Protein shake
12:30 p.m: Being spoiled at work here. Free lunch again. Not that healthy but it'll pass I suppose. Sandwich with garlic mayo, avocado, goat cheese, mushroom, arugula. Cookie too.
7:00 p.m: Out at a pub with friends. I had the tofu quinoa pie thing and a salad. Then I had dessert mofo's.
