11:00 a.m: I haven't had breakfast and I am starved. Bad. I had chewable vitamins, does that count? hah!
12:30 p.m: Leftover of the lentil thing and home made tabouli.
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. It's back and sweaty as ever!
7:30 p.m: Got some food on the way home. Salad with a bunch of veggies on top. I think the dressing was laced with sugar and that makes me angry. Otherwise, it was a delicious salad. So it must be bad for me. In hindsight, i should've had no cheese too. Next time.
