12:30 p.m: Salad with grilled veggies. Delicious.
4:00 p.m: Rice chips. Fail! My stomach was eating itself.
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. Feeling the soreness already. Tomorrow's gonna kill.
7:45 p.m: Bit of my protein drink.
4:00 p.m: Random dinner alert. 3 scrambled eggs, small avocado with lemon and salt.
