7:30 a.m: 1 rice cake with almond butter. Just one this time! Trying to cut down.
10:00 a.m: Snacking on baby carrots.
1:30 p.m: Salad and frittata. I was going to get sushi but MK talked me out of it. This is why it's good to have healthy minded friends.
4:30 p.m: Assorted cheeses and chips at work. Too much cheese. Like I swear I had a whole block by the end of it. Horrible.
9:30 p.m: A small spinach salad at a pub with friends. Also had a few curry fries a friend got. One bite of some cake.
