I had my acid reflux again at like 6 a.m. Hate it. It had been a while since the last one. What do I blame? The overboard I went with cheese. Felt horrible for like 2 hrs.
11:30 a.m:1 rice cake with almond butter
1:00 p.m: Egg whites scrambled with goat cheese and butter, broccoli fried in coconut oil, salsa.
4:30 p.m: A soup my mom made. Mostly fibre. Lots of grains. Also made a quesadilla with pita bread, avocado, tomato and cheese.
Went to my boxing coach's fight. It was amazing. She kicked ass. Now I wanna fight damnit!!
I'm also in a hunger rage right now. It's 12 a.m.
