Having old people pain today. There is a nerve in my lower back area that hurts every step I take. Need a massage but I avoid it. I don't like people touching me.
7:30 a.m: 1 rice cake with almond butter
10:00 a.m: Apple
1:00 p.m: This vegan salad. It was pretty damn good.
5:00 p.m: Some pretzels
Exercise (7:30 p.m): 1 hr boxing. Lots of talking and technique in this one. I know I've said this before but seriously, there's so much more to boxing outside just being fit. It's a mental game. Love it.
9:00 p.m: Protein powder and water
10:45 p.m: Late late dinner. Had some cottage cheese. Then fried kale and broccoli in coconut oil. Had egg white and goat cheese scrambled eggs.
