Exercise (1:00 p.m): Gym and boxing. Got my ass beat today. Opponent was stronnnng.
5:00 p.m: Banana. Protein powder and water.
7:00 p.m: Mall. 4 Falafels and salads. Hummus.
8:00 p.m: Jugo juice smoothie.
