10:00 a.m: Bit of cottage cheese
11:00 a.m: Handful of almonds
Gonna need to hunt for some food today. No groceries.
12:00 p.m: protein bar
Exercise (1:00 p.m): 2.5 hrs boxing. Took some good hits and got a hip bruise. It was a good one though.
4:00 p.m: Protein powder and water
9:00 p.m: Out with friends, again. I had a great nachos to start (my God were they good..), a delicious salad that was greens, pear, goat cheese and pecans with balsamic dressing and well, an amazing dessert.
