My nose hurts today... I'm assuming it's from getting hit in the face. Fun.
12:00 p.m: Handful of almonds
2:00 p.m: Was at the grocery store. Had a wheatberry and an egg salad. I forgot how good egg salad is. I found a good recipe that involves no mayo - gotta try it.
Exercise (3:30 p.m): 6 km run. Yup... 6! Decided to up the notch finally. Running outside in the cold wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. I guess today is a good day though.
5:00 p.m: Protein powder and water
5:30 p.m: This turned out well. The following was all in a pan with coconut oil -- sweet potato, zucchini, mushroom, quinoa, kale, chopped spinach, salt and pepper.
8:00 p.m: Banana, some cottage cheese
Can't. Stop. Eating.
