10:00 a.m: 2 rice cakes with almond butter and banana
12:15 p.m: Arugula with a topping of my usual. Black beans, tomato, corn, onion, zucchini mushrooms all in coconut oil.
Hmmm I had a few Hershey's kisses, some plantain chips and one small vanilla almond coconuty ball thing. I don't know.
5:00 p.m: Apple with almond butter. I didn't want to eat it alone. Sue me.
Exercise (7:00 p.m): 1 hr with personal trainer.
9:30 p.m: Bunch of veggies and sweet potato fried in coconut oil. That's it.
let's get real that coconut thing wasn't small. :|
