Wednesday

7:45 a.m: 2 rice cakes with hazelnut butter and banana

10:00 a.m: 1 of the vanilla, almond, coconut ball thing that as per the comment on my last post, are not as small as I claim. Timbit size! That's small!

12:45 p.m: Same lunch as yesterday but added 1/2 an avocado. Had 1/2 a grilled veggie sandwich too.

Somewhere I had a mini Halloween size kitkat. Damn you mishkebob.

5:00 p.m: Apple

Exercise (6:30 p.m): 1 hr boxing training

9:00 p.m: Small bowl of cottage cheese

When the F am I supposed to eat dinner if I work out every night?

10:30 p.m:2 hard boiled eggs, almonds
