6:00 p.m: Ban Mhi Boys. Good. I regret nothing. Tofu boa and a Kim chi pouting type thing.
I went to a basketball game. Hot, tall, fit men. Yep.
Exercise (11 p.m): 30 min treadmill run. Faster than usual.
11:45 p.m: Protein shake. Coconut milk, protein powder, coconut flakes, cinnamon, fibre, banana.
Gonna go to bed late. It's the freakin weekend yo.
