11:30 p.m: 2 rice cakes with almond butter and cinnamon.
4:00 p.m: Protein shake. The usual ingredients. See yesterday.
6:30 p.m: parents house. The usual only thing I can eat there I don't feel 100% guilty over. Whole wheat bread (loaded with gluten!), 1/2 avocado, tomato, cheese. Toasted. Cadbury fingers.
9:00 p.m: friends house. 3 slices of veggie pizza. Haven't had that in a while! Apple pie, McDonald's style.
