6:30 a.m: Protein shake with the usual ingredients these days.
1:30 p.m: amazing lunch out. It was technically a salad but I wish I took a pic cause it was presented not like one. Anyway, it was arugula and roasted good veggies. Not the typical stuff. Good.
5:00 p.m: a bit of chips and 1/2 a veggie sandwich.
8:00 p.m: Thai restaurant. Amazing. I had coconut cashew vegetables with coconut rice. I like coconut.
9:30 p.m: a frozen white hot chocolate from Second Cup. Regret that one.
