Brain. Hurts. Bad. I feel like a Terminator going out of service.
8:00 a.m: Protein shake. Coconut milk, coconut flakes, cinnamon, fibre, banana, protein powder
1:00 p.m: Leftover from last night's dinner and some greek yogurt. No avocado.
6:00 p.m: Broccoli and hummus.
Skipped boot camp. :( I am still at work and it's 7 p.m. Even if I did go, I'd probably pass out and my body would die. I need a break mentally and physically. Doesn't help I have to be at work at like 7:30 a.m tomorrow. BOOOOO.
Exercise (8:30 p.m): managed to get a 30 min run in. Felt good.
9:15 p.m: last of the leftover bean thing. Yogurt again. I hate late dinners but its the best I can do.
