9:00 a.m: Egg burrito with some salsa
12:30 p.m: Soup I made. Veggie stock, leek, sweet potato, mushroom, onion, curry powder, S&P, butter. Good.
4:45 p.m: Apple
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. It's back!
7:30 p.m: protein drink. 30 Grams.
8:30 p.m: broccoli with homemade hummus. Kale, spinach and onion sautéed in coconut oil.
