What an insane day at work. Brain on overload.
9:00 a.m: Baby carrots
12:00 p.m: More of that soup from yesterday
I had some pocky sticks. So what?
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. Boxing day, yea!
9:00 p.m: dinner. Sautéed asparagus, kale, spinach, zucchini, hemp hearts and onion in coconut oil. Raw broccoli and hummus.
10:00 p.m: protein shake. Coconut milk, fibre, protein powder, ice, banana, coconut flakes, cinnamon.
