Sore this morning. It all hurts. Hoping I get to run later tonight. Seems like the only non rainy day today.
8:00 a.m: Half a bag of BBQ rice cake chips.
12:15 p.m: Carrots and an egg salad sandwich.
Had a bite size piece of fudge
Exercise (6:30 p.m): 5k run outside
8:00 p.m: delicious dinner I made. Well, delicious to me, ok? Veggies with coconut milk/tomato/curry base and Greek yogurt on top. 1/2 an avocado over a rice cake. So full after.
