12:30 p.m: Leftovers from last night, minus avocado.

Exercise (6:30 p.m): 4.5k run outside
7:30 p.m: 2 hard boiled eggs with hemp hearts, sweet potato oven baked fries, 1/2 avocado on rice cake
9:00 p.m: Protein shake
