9:30 a.m: 2 hard boiled eggs with hemp heart over them
12:00 p.m: Leftovers from last night's dinner.
2:00 p.m: 2 rice cakes with 1/2 an avocado spread over
6:00 p.m: Gluten free fail? Probably. Was out and had no choice over what was ordered so I ate cause I didn't wanna leave and I didn't wanna starve. I had some sweet potato fries with cheese dip and nachos.
9:30 p.m: A small tomato with some feta cheese, basil and olive oil.
Exercise (10:00 p.m): 100 push ups, 1 min plank
10:30 p.m: Protein shake. Almond milk, fibre powder, coconut shreds, cinnamon, banana, protein powder
