6:30 p.m: spoonful of almond butter
7:15 p.m: 2 scrambled eggs with feta cheese, hemp hearts and red pepper, mushrooms and onion fried in butter, boiled Brussels sprouts.
9:30 p.m: Protein shake. Usual ingredients.
