Tuesday.

Today's goal! Drink a 1.5L bottle of water by 5 p.m. You might think "Easy!". No. I drink one small bottle usually so I need to step my game up. Gonna try to do this every day. Here is my challenge! You get to see some of my desk at work too! Not so exciting.



6 a.m: Banana

Exercise (7 a.m.): 45 minute boot camp.

8 a.m: I had a protein bar following my work out. It was Rocky Road and tasted like a real chocolate bar. I'm in love. This is not the flavour but nutritional info is the same it seems.

I have my first ever massage today through lunch. Will I die? My chiropractor suggested it after we realised that it was not helping that pain I have in my side. So we'll see how it goes. I may love it or I may be a stupid kid and get all self conscious.

10:30 a.m: Almonds

12 p.m: Back massage. Not bad. Felt good when I zoned out. Funny cause she said that because it was my first massage I should drink a lot of water today or I might get sick. Something about blood flowing and toxins moving around so I should flush it out. Good day to choose! It's water challenge day. Almost done the bottle from earlier. Now to do this everyday...

Lunch (1:30 p.m.): See below real crap photo I sneaked at the kitchen. Salad with arugula, tomato, potato, basil, goat cheese in balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I also bought some chicken salad. Too much food again?
Wise idea Narine. Watch video's on the PETA web-site. I'm grossed out by meat right now.

Dinner (6:15 p.m.): Photo below. Mushrooms, onion and bean sprouts fried in soy sauce. Baked asparagus with olive oil/salt. Boiled potatoes with greek yogurt. After I had a protein shake with strawberries, half a banana, ice, rice milk and protein powder. I think I have a portion control problem. I feel like this is a lot but at the same time, it's like 80% veggies.
10:45 p.m: Had a quarter of a tomato with a peice of bococinni in olive oil, salt and pepper.
