Monday.

Hair down Narine has made an appearance today and she is uncomfortable. How do people do it?
I rarely do it so when I do everyone seems to think I did something new. I already got the "Did you cut it?" and "You coloured your hair?". No, co-workers, I just straightened it and it's down.. It'll be up by lunch when I finally give in at how uncomfortable I am.

9:00 a.m: Oatmeal with water, cinnamon and a banana. I put too much water and it was soupy and gross. Yuck.

12:00 p.m: Leftover chickpea salad from last night.

2:00 p.m: I'm getting hungry. I bought some almonds which I shall snack on. I also got like 8 chocolate covered pretzels which I scarfed down.

Exercise (6 p.m.): 30 mins on treadmill and 1 hour personal training. I died, but it was a good death. I had a protein bar following.

8:00 p.m: I'm loving this meal, it was delicious. I made enough for lunch tomorrow and then it was so delicious I ate it all sooo I had like 2 plates of this. First I sauteed onions and garlic in olive oil. Then, I mixed water, corn starch and soy sauce in a bowl. I then combined it all with broccoli, tofu cubes and corn. I can't always handle raw broccoli so this was a nice way to distract from the taste but get all the nutrients. Don't overcook the broccoli though, keep it crunchy!
