4:00 p.m: Fried onion, mushroom, tofu cubes, corn in soy sauce and mixed in with arugula, red pepper and boiled potatoes. Looks like a salad, and it kinda is, but not.
5:30 p.m: Got hungry. Had my Honey Almond Flax cereal with rice milk.
7:00 p.m: Banana
8:00 p.m: Whole grain macaroni, chickpeas, red pepper, corn, onion, green beans, artichoke, garlic, salt/pepper.
