12:30 p.m: tuna sandwich. TUNA. Haven't had in a hella long time. 1/2 a tangerine.
I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

I managed to get free tickets to Rihanna tonight. I'm not a huge fan but I hey, figured it'd be fun so why not. Going. Skipping gym.

Getting sick. Stressed. Hate it.
9:00 a.m: banana
12:30 p.m: roasted cauliflower and tomato sauce dressing dip thing I made. Almonds. Not much of a lunch.
5:00 p.m: another banana...
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. It started with 4 sets of going up 13 flights of stairs. I was sweating before I even got in the room. As usual, the only one. Who are these robot females???
7:30 p.m: protein drink
9:30 p.m: late dinner. Stupid gym. In a pan... Sweet potato, chickpeas, onion, broccoli, spinach, mushroom and canned green curry sauce. It had lemongrass in it. Yummy. Also 1/2 an avocado. Gonna have to buy that stuff on its own so I stop using cans. I've started to avoid cans as much as I can. Did you know you can get coconut milk in powdered form?? Bought some. Yet to try it.

I don't remember the times I ate. Here's what I ate.
Made my veggie curry for the family. Success. Needed more salt. I never know that. Also roasted brussels sprouts.
Dark chocolate.
Toast with avocado, cheese, mayo and tomato.
1 hard boiled egg
Cauliflower roasted in the oven. Sauce made of tomato paste, hot sauce, water, S&P, basil.

I'm back.
11:45 a.m: almonds
Exercise (12:00 p.m): 30 min treadmill run. Good. Stupid winter. I wish I could've gone outside but it's not that kind of day.
1:45 p.m: protein drink.
3:00 p.m: went to a French brunch place. Dayum. Had a croque madam. Essentially a grilled cheese with an egg cracked over it. Also 1/2 an almond croissant.
8:00 p.m: out at a pub. Some set potato fries, nacho chips with salsa, 2 falafel a with hummus and pita. Some salad greens. Later had a slice of cheesecake.

Don't feel like updating.
I'm all moody. Like I feel shitty... In the brain. Hah. I'm not eating as healthy as I do with my own home cooking and I'm super stressed at work. Taking a toll on me. I'm feeling it friends.
Also, I think I went to my last social gathering tonight. I've decided I'm not the social butterfly 'woo' girl. Look it up. I'm not gonna be loved by all cause I'm oh so fun party all the time. Small groups. Normal conversations that don't revolve around drama. Love it or hate it. I'm boring and I love it!

10:00 a.m: Quite a hefty slice of homemade vanilla cake. So good. Thanks to you know who! I also had one cheesy puff pastry thing.
12:30 p.m: leftover cashew coconut veggies and rice.
Exercise (7:30 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. Sweaty mess. That 1 hr boot camp hurts but it takes my mind completely off stresses of work. I actually look forward to it.

Exercise (1:00 p.m): ran 7.34 km in 58 minutes. Not bad. Never ran that long. Finally got to go outside! Let the training for 10 k begin!

1:30 p.m: amazing lunch out. It was technically a salad but I wish I took a pic cause it was presented not like one. Anyway, it was arugula and roasted good veggies. Not the typical stuff. Good.
5:00 p.m: a bit of chips and 1/2 a veggie sandwich.
8:00 p.m: Thai restaurant. Amazing. I had coconut cashew vegetables with coconut rice. I like coconut.
9:30 p.m: a frozen white hot chocolate from Second Cup. Regret that one.

6:30 p.m: parents house. The usual only thing I can eat there I don't feel 100% guilty over. Whole wheat bread (loaded with gluten!), 1/2 avocado, tomato, cheese. Toasted. Cadbury fingers.
