- chicken breast wrap from Wendy's. Secretly healthy and only $2. Yes.
- 5k run outside
- salmon and roasted brocolli with some cheese
- 1 hard boiled egg
Not happy.

Joining weight watchers. Cause apparently I need someone to weigh me every week. I need to be held accountable for my actions. I can't stop eating.

Everything is shitty right now.

- A single baby donut. So good.
- 3 Starbursts
- Chips
- Egg salad sandwich
- 1 hr boot camp. Boxing... woot! Miss it.
- Protein powder and water
- 3 piece chicken tender, potato wedges


I'm trying. It's hard to get back into this habit.

The weekend as self esteem crushing and I won't go on with that.

- 3 Hersheys kisses
- Egg salad sandwich
- Seaweed
- Dried banana chips
- 1 hr boot camp. Legs and abs. Meh.
- Protein powder in water
- Salad with lettuce, tomato, cheese, bacon bits, chicken, balsamic dressing.
