Friday! Kinda.

Tomorrow off, phew.

So rough morning. Before I go on, let me just say that this blog is for me, not you. So I may be complaining about how I feel sick and stuff or random crap but it's all just to help me track the changes happening with this new exercise program. So if you don't like it, go away. :)

So, I woke up with my chest pain... again. I instantly blamed it on the nachos I ate last night. When I eat late and unhealthy, that happens. Learned my lesson again. Anyways, the only way I can explain it is that my chest feels empty. Like there is nothing there and this bit of pressure. I usually sleep it off but I had boot camp this morning and since I skipped Tuesday I didn't want to lose another class. So I got up, got ready and got on the train. By the time I passed like 5 stops, this wave of heat came over me. I started to sweat. WTF. I had to get off because I felt nauseous and I didn't want to be the person on the subway who gets sick. So I got off and had a moment on one of the seats at Lawrence station. I calmed down a bit and got on the next train. Somehow, I managed to fall asleep all the way to my stop. It went in an instant. I must have passed out. I felt better when I woke up. See, all I need is sleep! I got to boot camp and basically just half assed everything. I didn't want to fully push it but still, I broke a pretty good sweat regardless.

So, in conclusion, the pattern goes that I get these chest pains when I eat too late at night. They always come as soon as I wake up and last about half an hour. See, this blog helps me keep track of my demise. Morbid!

7:00 a.m: 45 minute boot camp.

9:30 a.m: Bananas a Whey from Booster Juice. Protein boost!

12:30 p.m: Went to my middle eastern place. Had a plate full of tabouli, 2 falafels, some lentils, hummus.

A co-worker brought these tiny donuts. So freakin delicious. I had two. They're like two bite sugary donuts. I also don't want to talk about all the chocolate covered almonds I ate. Hmm.

8:00 p.m: Smushed the following together and had with some moderately semi healthier nachos. 1 avocado, garlic, lemon juice, salt, cilantro.

Fake Wednesday.

Having Friday off means that today is really Thursday. Yea!

My neck feels waaaaaaay better this morning. It must have been the workout last night!

5:30 a.m: Very little bit of my cereal with rice milk.

Exercise (7:00 a.m): 1 hour with trainer.

9:00 a.m: Oatmeal with cinnamon, flax seed, banana and water.

12:30 p.m: Lunch again for a going away party for a co-worker. What else is new. Went to Jack Astor's. I had one of three veggie items on their menu. You suck Jack Astor's. it was a veggie burger with ceaser salad. Burger was crap. I also snacked on artichoke and cheese dip and their delicious grease filled cheesy pan bread beforehand. I feel fat.

8:30 p.m: Went to Oasis patio... pretty nice! It was the nighttime party for the going away of the co-worker from lunch. Everyone was there... past, present, temporary past staff... everyone! Awesome people. I've really been blessed to work with some cool people and I hope I really do get to stay in touch with everyone. Ok, enough sappy. I ate badly, again. I'm dying. I had veggie quesadilla's and then later in the night we had nachos. Nooooo.
So If you do follow this blog quite well, you'll notice I'm not happy with my food choices lately. So, I've felt guilty and like I'm not losing as much as I could be. So, I'm gonna do a weigh-in and measurement soon so I can see if I am actually losing like I should be. I don't know if this is all in my head. If I haven't lost what I should have I know I'll shape up.

No bootcamp. My neck is still sore.. ugh!!! Woke up early and iced it for a bit, did nothing. I bought Rub A535 and put it on one side and now the pain is on the other side... WTF. I feel very awkward and uncomfortable. I bought my gym clothes so I can try to work out tonight anyways. I feel like I haven't done anything in days (well, that's cause I haven't) and I feel guilty.

7:00 a.mBlue Menu On Track + Protein cereal with rice milk.

12:00 p.m: Broccoli and baby carrots dipped in hummus. Also had 2 delicious cookies that were laying around. I didn't eat all the veggies... got boring. I'll probably finish it up later in the afternoon.

So there's this blazer I really liked at H&M on Sunday. First, I instantly grabbed the size 12 (yep, I'm a 12, get over it) and I assumed it would not fit. I've never had a blazer. Then, it was big and I was like whaaaaaaaat. So I went to look for a 10 but sadly, it only was in beige colour. I don't do beige. But, the 10 fit perfect! First, OMG I FIT INTO A 10. Second, I need it in black!! So I went back just now to see if they got more and the 10 is gone again. I must find it!

Such exciting blogging going on here. Sense the sarcasm.

7:00 p.m: Protein shake. Rice milk, flax seed, banana, strawberry, protein powder.

Exercise (8:30 p.m): Did 20 mins on treadmill (ran) and then a few floor exercises. Squats and such. My neck actually feels a bit better after the run. Maybe it needed a good shaking. Anyways, gym in the morning so I hope it all works out. Maybe I just need to get a good massage.

10:00 p.m: Late dinner. Friends were over (they played squash as I was in the gym) and we went for food after. Another day of food from the outside... one of these days I will break this streak. Anyways, this cost $8 a person, how can you go wrong?? Vegetable chow mein, fried tofu and veggie fried rice. Yum. Shared between 3 people.

Soooo I woke up an hour early just to try and fix the stiff neck. Frozen veggie pack to the rescue! It's still here but I know it's gonna get worse. So today is all about posture. If I sit straight it should fix itself.... no? No. Anyways, I coincidentally had a chiropractor appointment today at lunch for my knee pain so this works out well. She can maybe fix me. I feel like it will hurt.

7:00 a.m: Protein shake. Maybe the protein will heal my muscles? Rice milk, banana, strawberries, protein powder.

Oh, why does the chlorine in the pool in my building leave a lingering smell? Ugh. I took a shower yesterday and figured all would be well. Well, I think I was the smelly person on the subway this morning. I hate that person! Anyways, I brought a towel with me and showered at work haha Kinda nice we have a shower here. Anyways, I still smell it. My fruity lotion better mask it. Ugh, never swimming there again!

1:00 p.m: See below. Bunch of salads.

Chiropractor fixed my neck a bit but I just need to keep stretching it out. I know you care.

7:00 p.m: You know when I go grocery shopping I'll get my wheatberry salad. Got a few little potato pieces with it. I also had some baked kale with this. Photo not shown! Small container. Twice today I'm eating wheatberry.
9:00 p.m: Smushed up an avocado in lime juice, garlic, salt and cilantro and had it with some organic flaxseed tortilla chips.

The question tonight is will I be able to go to bootcamp in the morning? Hopefully my neck feels better. I had to bail on gym today to rest it. I plan to ice it soon. Must get back on the wagon! I've been work out free for like 4 days! *gasp*!

11:30 a.m: Cereal

3:00 p.m: Went to Queen St for some walking around with friends. Went to Fresh. mmmmm! Had my usual. Mushroom and onion veggie burger with sweet potato fries.

I have a stiff neck today. It's killing me. I went to the hot tub then napped for a bit which helped but the pain is back. Sad. I hope it goes away in the morning. I didn't get to work out because of it. It really hurts :( No gym tomorrow if it doesn't go away.

I think I'm getting sick. Ah well, the usual, I'll carry on like I'm fine and let it pass drug free.

12:00 p.m: Protein shake. Rice milk, strawberry, banana, protein powder. Blend!

Exercise (12:45 p.m): 30 mins on treadmill. Not feeling 100% so I don't wanna push it. Considering what I ate yesterday I probably should.

3:30 p.m: Veggies and hummus. Didn't finish all the asparagus. Never tastes as good after the first time it's cooked. I also am now gonna have this ice cream sandwich. It's some low fat one but full of sugar though :(
8:30 and onward: Met up with friends at 3 Brewers Yonge/Dundas. Had a bunch of things. I eat out waaaaay too much. Anyways, started off with French onion soup. Had a delicious salad, like, really tasty. Had artichoke, candied pecans, goat cheese, cranberry, yellow peppers and arugula. So good. Then later had half of this crepe thingie. Delicious as well. See you may see this as "Wow, you had a lot of food" but really, I didn't drink soooo the beers you may have had is equivalent to me having desert so shush. I bet if I didn't eat out so much I'd be losing weight faster. Meh. I still want to enjoy life. I just work out to make up for it! P.S. My photos are crap!

Oh how good it feels not to wake up at 5 a.m. I woke up at 7:30 today... woohoo! I also didn't lug a gym bag to work, I actually have a purse! Feels nice.

7:30 a.m: My protein grain thingie cereal with rice milk.

9:30 a.m: Avocado with some salt and a few crackers.

12:45 p.m: Went for Thai food with an old co-worker. Went up to Yonge/Bloor and ran in to 3 old co-workers. (Mish, cause I know you'll wonder who, it was Gary S, Shane and Charlyn!, Char being separately.. shout out to Char! haha)What the hell!?! Advertising industry, everyone knows everyone! It's a good and bad thing. Anyways, I stuffed my face with more food than I should've. This is Friday's, my cheat day. So yea, pad thai, veggies and eggplant tofu + spring roll.

4:30 p.m: Chocolate covered almonds.
8:00 p.m: Went to Pho 88 with a few friends. Had the vegetable and tofu Cantonese Chow Mein. So good.... but too much. I ate maybe half. We bought low fat ice cream sandwiches afterward. Had one.

6:00 a.m: Small protein shake. Strawberry, rice milk, water, protein powder, flax seed. Running late so I had very little of it.

Exercise (7 a.m): 45 min boot camp. Death. It doesn't get any easier!

Not feeling well this morning. Very woozy. I'm surprised I powered through boot camp.

9:00 a.m: Lunch for 2nd breakfast. I feel sick so I need food. Eating my lunch now. It wasn't really much of a lunch anyways. Hummus with broccoli and red peppers.
11:00 a.m: Rice crispy square.

12:30 p.m: Went to Shoeless Joe's for a birthday. I need a day of actual home cooked meals. Anyways, I got the usual. The grilled veggie sandwich with ceaser salad. It was delicious.
2:45 p.m: Ummmmm why did no one tell me how delicious red velvet cupcakes were!?! A co-worker gave me half of one, I believe it had some sort of cream cheese icing. WOW. Now that was good. The inner fatty was satisfied.

7:00 p.m: Baked some asparagus in olive oil and garlic. Fried a potato in olive oil and garlic. Greek yogurt as dip.
Ugh, wtf. My place stinks of oil. It won't go away!! This candle is doing nothing. I'm never making fries again!

Not off too a good start. I woke up with my chest pain. You know, the one where I think I'm going to have a heart attack. Not the first time. Relax, I've been to a doctor. Maybe it's stress. Who knows. I was late for work.

10:30 a.m: Oatmeal with flax seed, cinnamon, water and banana.

1:00 p.m: Went out for lunch to say goodbye to a co-worker... again. This is all we do now. Went to Alice Fazooli's. This blog is becoming an advertisement for restaurants. Anyways, I had a panini with mushroom, cheese, asparagus and probably a lot of butter. Ceaser salad with barely any dressing. Sandwich was pretty good. They put bacon in the salad, I removed. So don't you go calling me out on it! I didn't have it.
5:00 p.m: I had one of those Energy protein bars.

Exercise (5:30 p.m): 1 hour with trainer. I also caved and signed for another 3 months of it. Here we go!!!

8:30 p.m: This is what I call "Put every veggie in a pan". That's what I did. We've got onion, garlic, corn, carrots, peas, mushrooms, green beans and broccoli in olive oil. BAM! That should be all my servings for one day, no??

6:45 a.m: Banana

Exercise (7 a.m): 45 min. boot camp.

9 a.m: Bananas-a-Whey from Booster Juice. Lotsa protein. Got a calcium shot as well. Apparently if you're a member of my gym you get extra shots. Woot!

There is some Swiss chocolates floating around. I may have had a few pieces.

1:30 pm: Baby carrots and red peppers dipped in hummus. I was too lazy to wash my broccoli last night. Yea.
I also got my hair cut at lunch. I actually kinda might like it, although I feel it's very "momish". But it'll pass. As soon as I wash it and attempt to style it myself it will look back to normal.
I took a photo in the style of a teenage girl on myspace. I'm 26 people. I also have the iphone case of a teenage girl as well. Shut up!
Ummmmm am I also posting a somewhat body shot? What? Who am I? Times have changed.
3:00 p.m: Almonds and some veggie chips.

6 - 11 p.m: Sad times. We went to the Adelaide Street Pub's rooftop patio. All night. The day has come, and now gone. My friend and co-worker is gone :(. As I said to her tonight, "I owe you for this entire exercise journey!" She was the one who originally asked me if I wanted to join a boot camp. I said "Hey, why not?" ... and so it began. Anyways, it was a really fun night. Lots of laughs. You will be missed Mish, don't be a stranger now!
Food: I had pizza as well as some sweet potato fries.
Ok, so this definitely got me the most laughs. My stomach hurt I was laughing so hard. A co-worker, let's call him G, did a yawn and then proceeded to go into the following (33 seconds in). I laughed my ass off. I haven't seen that since I was like 13 or something and I remember loving it. This is why I love my co-workers. Who else would make such a random reference? Love it.

6:00 a.m: Protein shake. Rice milk, strawberries, protein powder, flax seed.

Exercise (7:15 a.m): 1 hour personal training. Had to do 20 burpee's at the end. Death. It took me like 2 something minutes. My trainer is doing this contest of who can do 100 burpee's the fastest. So far her fastest person is 3 mins something. Ummmmm I suck.

10:45 p.m: Had half a really small plain bagel with some cream cheese.

12:30 p.m: Went to Ravi Soups. So good. Freakin expensive. I got some mushroom soup with stuff in it. I'm sure it's not that healthy but it's always so damn delicious. I also recommend their wraps.

3:30 p.m: I got hungry and had snackage in the fridge. Figured I'd eat now. Going grocery shopping after work, finally. Tabouli. This is how it's done people. Not the way they sell it in stores. More parsley!
6:00 p.m: I went grocery shopping and bought wheatberry salad again. So freakin good. Had it before I did the haul. Had a roasted potato thing too.
So the grocery store had this cart where the woman was making these things. I don't know what they are but they're kinda like air popped rice cakes. Apparently they're gluten free, vegan, sugar free, fat free and free of everything for only 15 calories! Too good to be true. It tasted good and was only Like $3 for the bag so I got some. Figured it'd be delicious with avocado. They had it with spinach dip which I fell for and bought... just had one. It's like 7.
9:30 p.m: Had a huge bunch of kale. Toasted it lightly in olive oil and salt. That's enough greenery.

Back to Game of Thrones! Good show.

11 a.m: Tried a new cereal this time. Includes protein which is good. Rice milk as per usual.

I ended up going to a picnic thrown by the Armenian church. Ugh. I'm soo out of place at these things but it makes my parent's happy so whatever. You gotta show face every once in a while. I ate delish foods.

2:00 p.m: My plate is fulllll. I didn't finish it all. There was potato salad, tabouli, sarma, hummus and a cheese puff thing. All middle-eastern foods. I don't feel like explaining it. Also had desert. Not shown in the photo is the corn on the cob I also eventually ate and a piece of baklava.

Exercise (6:30 p.m): Did another 5k run. Woohoo! Took about the same time as yesterday. About 35 mins. Next time I'm gonna use an actual timer so I can time to the second. I've just been using the time on my iphone.

Tonight is the Muchmusic Awards. I've been watching this now, hmm let me count, 14 years. Wow. The first time I watched Bush was performing. Good memories. Although it's all teenagers and pop shit now, I still watch. Maybe cause it's so close. It's not like the MTV awards where it's alllll the way in L.A. It's here, in Toronto, on a street I walk on every week. Except it gets transformed and familiar faces are around. Like I just read this guy I went to college with is going to be on the red carpet as the host for MTV Canada. Good for him! Also, my brother is going to some after party he got into that'll likely be full of famous people. Oh Toronto, I actually kinda like you.
Half an hour to red carpet! 

8:00 p.m: Tabouli and carrots.

God, I love sleeping in. I had a crazy dream. A boy liked me and I ignored him completely. Wait, was it a dream? Sounds like real life! haha There's your dose of crazy me.

12:30 p.m: Cereal. Kashi Almond Honey Flax with rice milk.

Today's plan: Grocery shop, laundry, clean, attempt to do a run.

As of 3:25 p.m I have cleaned like mad. As well as done some laundry (bed sheets and towels, clothes will be tomorrow). I feel good. Frankly it feels like I've worked out. I cleaned the areas I've been avoiding. Like the dreaded laundry closet. Dust city. No more dust and also free of tons of stuff I'd been hoarding out of pure laziness to throw it out. Mops and such. Someone is gonna find some treasures in the recycling room!

Taking a breather now. Gonna go do the gym part now. Run? Yes. I'll do it!!

Exercise (4:00 p.m): Ok, whoa. Ladies & Gentlemen, I just ran 5k. No big deal. LIE. Huge deal. I haven't ran in literally 4 years so I was scared to start up. It took me 35 minutes. Not too bad for a beginner! I did take a walk break a few times but the point is, I DID IT!

5:00 p.m: If there was ever a time for my muscle to need protein, it's now. I just got up and realised my legs are in pain. I'm having a protein shake. Water, ice, strawberry, banana, protein powder.

7:30 p.m: Baby carrots and hummus. They look like cheese-its. Eww. I'm still hungry but no food in the fridge. We'll see what I end up eating... clearly I haven't eaten enough today. It's almost as if I'm trying to make up for the crap day that was yesterday.
9:00 p.m: Yea I can't make food out of nothing. I just had more carrots and hummus.

Friday. Damn right.

No gym today... yeeehaa!!

9:00 a.m: Almonds.

12:30 p.m: Lunch with the crew. Indian buffet. It was delicious but as per usual, regret and a feeling of fullness I don't enjoy. I am not proud but I took photo's. All veggie... except the butter chicken sauce. So obviously it's come in contact with meat but whatevs, who gives a shit. I also had a single scoop of chocolate ice cream. No more food today!
To be a little gross, imagine all that food sitting as a big mush in my stomach right now. Ewwwwwwww.

There was a 90's trivia quiz game we had at work today. Lots of people played, it was fun. I was jokingly hyping myself up that I'd win all week and then I actually ended up winning. Kinda funny and unexpected. I won candy :) Didn't eat it yet though! I did have some chips though during the game.

Later in the night, some friends came over. We got hungry eventually sooo...

8:30 p.m ish: Had a falafel sandwich. The usual stuff inside.

9:30 p.m: We saw an ice cream truck. I've been craving it big time, I gave in. What a cheat day this has been!! Anyways, fun photo's. One of me for once! I don't love it but I'm posting it anyways. Want the complete truth? All I see is flat hair and fat arms.

It's 12:15 a.m. I still feel full so I'm not looking forward to sleeping. My stomach hurts.

5 a.m. is the new 7 a.m.

I don't even care anymore that I get up at the crack of dawn. I got used to it. My trainer is doing a boot camp Saturday's, 9:30 a.m. Do I want to give up all my Saturday's? I look forward to sleeping in soooo much. I don't know yet.

Exercise (7 a.m): 45 minute boot camp. Another killer... my lower body is still sore.

8:45 a.m: Oatmeal with cinnamon, flax seed, water and banana. It was oddly delicious.

12:00 p.m: Veggies with hummus. Wheatberry salad (the brown thingie) and also had a few strawberries a friend gave me.
3:30 p.m: No lies. I had 6 chocolate covered pretzels and will now start snacking on roasted, not salted, almonds. Should hold me over til dinner. Lord knows what I'll come up with then.

6:15 p.m: Did something a bit different with the potato today... fries! yea yea not so healthy but meh. I also fried green beans, onion and garlic in olive oil. Burnt garlic... yum! Greek yogurt as dip.

6:15 a.m: Half a banana

Exercise (7:15 a.m): 1 hour with trainer. I almost cancelled this morning but then dragged my ass out of bed and went. Here is the text message with the trainer at 5:56 a.m. All she had to say was "No way" and I already felt guilty. I guess this is part of what they're for, motivation! I'm posting it cause I need a change of pics up in this blog. My food gets boring.

9:00 a.m: See below. Avocado with some crackers I scored in the kitchen. Very little salt. Ugh, I also just had a peice of banana bread a co-worker brought in. It was good.
12:30 p.m: Went to some Italian place for lunch. I had (surprise!) a grilled veggie sandwich with goat cheese, panini'd. It was actually pretty tasty. More bread than I should've had I'm sure!

3:00 p.m: Protein bar for the afternoon snack.

Forcing myself to go grocery shopping tonight. Once again, nothing in the fridge. Wait! I have enough for one more day. I just thought of something I can whip together out of nothing, once again.

I ended up going grocery shopping but got just a bit of food.

6:45 p.m: Boiled a small potato and had it with greek yogurt. On the side I fried corn, onion, garlic, green beans, mushroom and red pepper in olive oil. Not bad!
Bedtime came once again in the form of me falling asleep on the couch at like 9:30 and waking up at like 2 a.m. and moving to my bed. Lesson learned having done this now like 10 times... don't lay down on the couch to watch TV. You will fall asleep.

I feel I eat breakfast twice on boot camp days. By the time I wake up and get to work I've already had a 45 min train ride, done a workout and showered. I get hungry again!

5:30 a.m: Honey Almond Flax cereal with rice milk.

Exercise (7:00 a.m): 45 min boot camp. I still suck at any core workouts!

9:00 a.m: Bananas a Whey from Booster Juice. 26 grams of protein, go go go! Unknown amounts of sugar in "vanilla frozen yogurt".. noooo.

I'd also like to say that today I am wearing my formerly known as "muffin top skinny jeans" and they require a belt. WHAT!

12:00 p.m: Had leftover stirfry from last night. I noticed a pattern. Everytime I have leftover stirfry my stomach hurts. Why? No clue. So from now on I'm just gonna make enough for dinner and stick to that. So odd!

2:45 p.m: Snacking on almonds.

6:30 p.m: See below. Broccoli with hummus.

Shoppppppping... well, window shopping.

Went to Zara today at lunch and they have some good stuff going on right now. Here are some things I love but my junk in the trunk would not fit in to yet! I would rock them all.
I know this has nothing to do with food or exercise but who cares, it's my blog and I can do what I want with it! 
I haaaaaate the formatting and editing of this blog. You can never get it to look right. I just want the damn photos to be side by side but nooooo, that's too difficult. I gave up.

Can't go wrong with a leather skirt! Wait, you so could.

7:30 a.m: Protein shake. Water, bit of rice milk, protein powder, strawberry, ice.

9:45 a.m: Oatmeal with water, cinnamon, flax seed and banana.
12:15 p.m: I'm eating frequently today. Got stuff from the salad bar. Couscous, wheatberry salad, roasted veggies/mushrooms, few macaroni pieces and a small slice of avocado. That should do it for carbs! Wait, snuck in an Oatmeal, carrot, lemon muffin that was sitting around. Guilt.

Exercise (6 p.m:) Back on the gym wagon. Fell off for a few days there. Did an hour with the trainer. We did the Tabata thing at the end which is a killer. So you take an exercise and do 8 sets, 20 seconds each, with 10 second break in between. We did mountain climbers. Death! Try it. 

8 p.m: See below. Took a pan and fried up all of the following in olive oil and some soy sauce. Onion, garlic, corn, green beans, red pepper, broccoli, mushrooms and potato. Put some greek yogurt on the side It was a pretty good mix. How's that for all the food groups! No meat but greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein!

So, this blog gets 'stats' which tell you how many people are viewing and which pages are most popular. My Adele post seems to be going through the roof. It kinda bugs me cause it's obviously all random people googling Adele and the photo's come back to my blog. I kinda wanna delete the post cause it's throwing off my stats. I actually want to know what people are actually looking at the blog and not the Adele post. Look at the stats below... WTF.
It could either be a good thing cause maybe someone will go to that picture and through it find my blog? Maybe? I don't know. Thoughts?


Crap food day. I was at my parents house for the most part of the day and they had nothing so I had to throw thing's together.

11 a.m: Corn flakes with 2% milk. That's all they had!

So I spent the afternoon cleaning up my old room. I left a lot of clothes behind when I moved last year. It was all clothes that didn't fit me right but I didn't want to throw away. Well, um, they fit now. I couldn't get the smile off my face. Not only did clothes fit, but shoes too! Do feet shrink too if you lose weight? I guess so. I have a pair of wedges I loooove but were always a bit too snug. Suddenly they aren't. I must wear them! Look how coooooool!
4:00 p.m: Whole grain bread of some sort, light cream cheese, tomato, salt, toasted. I used to eat this alll the time back home but I never buy cream cheese or bread anymore so it stopped I guess. Had a few almonds as well.
7:30 p.m: Greek yogurt.

9:00 p.m: Starving but no food. Must shop tomorrow. I had my kashi honey almond flax cereal with rice milk.

I forgot to mention that my mom had made dolma before I left. I forced myself to leave and almost cheated and had it. Dolma is my all time favourite Armenian dish. Looooove it and I don't know how I will not eat it ever again. I will spoil my veggie phase I'm going through for it as some point, I know it. So F-in good. Maybe I can find a way to make it without beef? Interesting thought.
