- Gluten free homemade banana bread. Delicious!
- 2 Hersheys kisses.
- Work thing and I had butter chicken roti. O.M.G. The best. Amazing. Ate the whole damn thing. Not even mad at it.
- Leftover of that soup
- 2 pepperettes. Finally done those. Never buying again. No control.

- Shrimp with seafood sauce, almonds
- Soup from last night. Veggie broth, leeks, mushrooms, corn, onion, ground turkey, sweet potato, butter, S&P.
- Greek yogurt
- 3 pepperettes
- Banana
- Salad. Greens, quinoa, cheese, tomato, onion, almonds, olive oil
- Gym
- Protein drink
- Banana with cinnamon, honey and coconut flakes

I cannot be trusted with good food in the house.

- 4 scrambled eggs in spinach wrap
- Ran 1k outside. Terrible. Too cold. Went to gym, hated that too.  Need boot camp.
- Same salad as yesterday
- 2 pepperettes
- Made soup. Delicious. Had a bit to taste but made enough for the next 3 days.
- Greek yogurt with almonds

- Kitkat
- Gym
- 3 pepperettes
- Salad. Greens, 1/2 avocado, red pepper, cheddar cheese, tomato, almonds, chicken, olive oil, lemon
- Friends bday. Had food. Not the worst.


- A hash brown
- Ceaser salad with chicken
- Sweet potato cranberry muffin
- weight training at gym
- protein bar
- Chicken breast, leek and corn sautéed in butter... Amazing.

- 1/2 an avocado spread over 2 rice cakes
- Chicken breast with boiled brussels sprouts
- Roll of sweet potato sushi
- Loaf of banana bread cake thingie
- Work Christmas party. Nothing healthy there. I enjoyed lots of gnocchi.

I don't know why I put my alarm on to try and work out in the mornings. I should just give that up. I also didn't work out last night. GAH! What's it like to be someone who never works out? I envy you.

- Greek yogurt and mixed nuts
- Leftover of the cauliflower pizza, and a beef burger. Damn it was good.
- More Hersheys kisses. A few chips.
- 1/2 an avocado, mashed and put into a tortilla.
- Mixed nuts
- Gym. Hated every minute. Need boot camp in my life.

- Made pizza. Cauliflower and egg crust, spinach, ground chicken, cheese, tomato sauce.

- Shrimp with marinara, nuts
- Salad. Turned out better than the tacos last night. Lemon did the trick. Spinach, ground chicken with taco seasoning, 1/2 avocado, cheddar cheese, tomato, olive oil, lemon, salt.
- A cookie. From le Gourmand. That's no standard cookie. 2 Hershey's kisses.
- 5.5k run outside. Gotta do this more often. Winter is so excuse.
- Banana
- Made soup. Ingredients were butter, veggie broth, leeks, sweet potato, onion, mushroom, S&P. Tasty!

- Shrimp with marinara sauce, mixed nuts
- Chicken breast, tomato, nuts, spinach, olive oil, lemon salad
- Gym. 45 mins.
- Made tacos. Ground chicken, red pepper, onion, avocado, tomato, cheddar cheese. Wrapped in a spinach tortilla. Needed lemon and mayo. Lacked flavour.
- A kitkat and ice cream. I bought a small pint of Ben and Jerry's. I think I'm gonna end up throwing it out. I feel like I just needed a scoop to satisfy sugar cravings. Now that they're over, do I really need the rest? We'll see.
