- 5k run outside. I feel like I just missed rain. Winner.

Friday

- 5 pieces of the broccoli bites. They essentially look like chicken mcnuggets but are filled with broccoli. Had with some bbq sauce.
- Sushi. Sweet potato rolls, avocado roll in that clear wrap stuff (rice paper?), miso soup
- 2 rice cakes with almond butter, banana, cinnamon, honey, coconut flakes
- my mom brought over these chickpea patty things. Can't explain. The footballs with chickpea. If you know, you know. 

We ripped up more tiles in the kitchen. Good times.

- Banana
- Chocolate croissant. Fail. Not even good.
- Veggie broccoli bites things. A small salad of kale, corn and almonds. All needed salt. Didn't feel like adding any, so pretty lack luster.
- Cheese flavoured rice cakes
- Gelato from Soma. Damn that place is good.
- Same salad as last night. Spinach and stuff.

Back.

I'm trying to come back, I really am.

Next week is the Agency wars sign up and fitness test. Here we go again.

Last night sucked. I had the chest pain and almost threw up again. I have ben advised I go to the hospital cause doctors are only gonna check my heart and sense nothing out of the ordinary. Gonna hit that up this week. So exciting! ugh.

Today....

- 2 rice cakes with almond butter, honey, cinnamon, coconut flakes and banana
- Brown rice, steamed veggies, fried tofu, mushroom soup
- Salad I made with spinach, hemp hearts, onion, mushrooms fried in coconut oil, tomato, feta cheese, olive oil and lemon dressing. Win.
- Regular chips

As expected, lower back pain after boxing on Sunday. It's one specific exercise that's doing it.

- 1/2 a butter tart
- Brown rice, veggie Thai curry with tofu, lentil soup
- A smoothie from Fresh. Date Almond.
- A gluten, dairy free brownie from Sweets of the Earth. Whatever. Still has sugar.
- Out for sushi. Just had rolls. Miso soup.

Went to a Thai kickboxing tournament thing. So good! Pumped for boxing tomorrow.

- A salad made of black beans, corn, tomato, cilantro, lettuce, cheese and lime dressing. Few tortilla chips with guacamole. 
- 4 Hershey's kisses
- Soy veggie burrito. No black beans. The other stuff though.
- An ice cream sandwich. SO WHAT. 

It's been a Mexican day.

Tuesday

- Banana. Note to self. Buy bananas in small batches, or buy them and freeze. Otherwise I keep eating them.
- A vegan, walnut chocolate chip muffin from the coffee shop downstairs. Not bad.
- Some cashews and almonds.
- CHEAT! I went to Burger's Priest. Yea, it was damn good. I had fries and their 'option' burger. The one veggie thing on their menu. Good. It's a portobello mushroom with cheese that's been breaded. Dayum.
- Hershey's kisses...
- Made dinner below. Roasted brussells sprouts. Veggie "lasagna"... although I made it my own way. Just different veggies with tomato sauce and cheese. Pretty good.

Monday

Yesterday was an awesome boxing/running day. But that was then, this is now. I think I'm over posting times of when I ate and exercised. List form it is, for now.

- Banana
- Nature Valley granola bar
- Home made frittata. Egg, zucchini, mushroom, red pepper, feta cheese, spinach, salt and pepper, onion, curry powder.
- Carrots and celery with some ranch dip
- Smoked almonds
- A couple of Hershey's kisses
- Cup of fruit juice
- Veggie pattie. Spinach salad with olive oil and lemon dressing. Roasted sweet potato with olive oil and spices.
- ANOTHER banana. But this time I sliced it up and put honey, cinnamon and coconut flakes on it.

Guess who's back?

Back again.

Things are getting into serious mode again. Quick update...

- Haven't been working out as much as I used too. Mind you boot camp working out is more than a normal person would.
- I've just been running.
- Still boxing. Somehow in the last three sessions I got way better. Not sure what's gotten into me but there is a range within me and it's coming out. This is good. Recruitement for the next Agency Wars is less than a month away. Bring it.
- Home has been in reno land. New kitchen. New floor. Soon new bathroom. GROWN UP.
- My hair is too long and is a mess. Need a haircut.
