Oh how Monday creeps up so quick. Already thinking about Friday.

8:00 a.m: Few almonds

9:30 a.m: Protein powder and water

Girl problems: Wearing lipstick makes me drink less water. Bad.

12:45 p.m: Veggie frittata and salad. Some bread that came with it.

FYI. I'm on 'no sugar' right now. I want chocolate.. nowwwwww. I know I will have a bit of sugar tonight cause I'm gonna have the last of that stuff I made yesterday but after that, annoying city is ahead.

3:00 p.m: Tea.

6:45 p.m: Another piece of the chickpea thing from last night. No more sugar after this!

7:30 p.m: This. Well, not all of it. Half- ish. Veggies, tomato and spaghetti squash. Parm cheese. I was still hungry so I had almond butter with Melba toast.

Took some pics off my phone and figured, hey, I'll put them up online. Meh.

Once again, I love the mirrors in the H&M change rooms. Another one of my hair and *shock!* a pic of me from the back! I'm actually feeling a bit better these days. I think I might be back on track with losing weight. I know I have my down falls with food but I think I pick it up again quick and working out regularly is helping. I think mishkebob will agree, pants suck. Hah. Whenever I wear jeans - I feel fat. Second I put on a dress over some tights, it feels sooo much better.

Ok, this is getting super girly. Here.
I also finally bought a cabinet thing for my "China". I am loving it! :) I have had this thought in my head lately of like "Am I acting like a 27 year old should?" Then I snap out of it. Who cares. Should a 27 year old have a cabinet full of cupcake stuff? No. But this one does.


11:00 a.m: Few almonds

Exercise (11:30 ish a.m): I ran... OUTSIDE! Not tooooo bad for my first time attempting almost 5k. Got the Runkeeper app and am a fan.
1:00 p.m: 3 scrambled eggs and broccoli with parm cheese. All with vegan butter.
Sugar addiction continues. I made these. Kinda sorta healthy but not really cause it uses brown sugar.
Who'd think the main ingredient is chick peas!
Exercise (6:30 p.m): 30 mins on treadmill. 10 running.

7:30 p.m: Protein shake. Rice milk, protein powder, berries

9:30 p.m: Cup of green tea.

I thought this week was going to be a lot more stressful than it was. Hmm.
I put my alarm on this morning to work out. Did not. Ugh.
I've also not gone to bootcamp for like 2 weeks. I took a break and I love it too much. Not lugging a gym bag to work twice a week and not waking at 5:30 is amazing. But, I can't get used to this. Back at it next week. I also texted my trainer this morning saying I need more sessions. Summer is almost here and damnit, I WILL for once in my life enjoy it. Yes, weight has everything to do with enjoying summer for me. Shut up.

9:30 a.m: Almond butter over Melba toast.

1:00 p.m: Vegan meal. Look.
5:00 p.m: Chocolate. Fail.
7:00 p.m: Protein shake. Coconut milk, frozen berries, protein powder

9:30 a.m: Apple with almond butter and cinnamon

Today is one of those days where as soon as I left the house I thought "I look like an idiot, how have I let myself wear this?" I feel dumb. Do I look like a clown? That's how I feel. I mean, I really like the colours and all but I can also see a little four year old wearing this same outfit. Booo. I'm gonna hide all day. Doesn't help that I have lunch plans so I have to go outside more than normal.
Go ahead, judge me.
12:30 p.m: Lunch with old co-workers/boss. Good times. Miss them. Pub so salad was the best I could do. I actually really liked it.

4:00 p.m: Protein powder and water.

Exercise (7:00 p.m): 30 mins on treadmill. 10 running.

8:00 p.m: Rest of the cauliflower hummus with melba toast. Two hard boiled eggs, broccoli with parm cheese and vegan butter.

9:30 p.m: I can't sty way from sugar. This was my concoction tonight. Small bowl. Rice crispies, almond butter, agave nectar, coco powder. Mix.

So, as per my last photo... I was feeling self conscious today with the outfit I had on. I loved it... I was more nervous about what other people thought. Then, I got on the subway to go home and the chick below walks in. I was like whoa, pattern and colour city. At first I was like 'omg, how is she wearing that!?!" Then, after really looking (and being creepy and taking a photo) I realised all the details in her outfit and decided I loved it. That bag has little skull beads over it. She had kick ass black wedge pumps and overall, it did work. I sat there and thought, fuck. Who the hell cares what other people think? I looked around and everyone was wearing grey, black, blue... borrrrring. Why can't someone wear leopard pants? Why can't you just show that you're not gonna follow the norm? Anyway, she made me feel ok about the fact that sometimes I make interesting clothing choices and that I should just rock it. So, I'm rocking it.

I stumbled upon this blog.

I am finding this chicks style amazing. Like, she's me. There is not a single outfit of hers I don't love and could see myself wearing. Not to mention there were a few in there that I do own.

7:00 a.m: Banana

9:30 a.m: Apple with almond butter, cinnamon, honey

1:15 p.m: Tried this vegan, organic place. Good. Soup, kale and tofu stir fry and brown rice.
3:45 p.m: Protein powder and water. I'm running out already. I shouldn't have bought the small one cause now it's not on sale anymore and I want more. F regular price. Who knew I'd like it so much!! I usually hate everything.

7:00 p.m: Broccoli in a pan with vegan butter, dipped it in the cauliflower hummus. Other is a mix of parsley, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, tomato, quinoa, salt, parmesan cheese.

I ate some chocolate covered almonds. Freakin hungry.

7:00 p.m: See below. We have broccoli and mushrooms in a pan with coconut oil. Then, a medley of parsley, tomato, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, basil, wheat berry and salt. Parmesan cheese sprinkled over top. Also had a few pieces of Melba toast with my cauliflower hummus over top.
10:00 p.m: Was still hungry. Banana with almond butter.

12:30 p.m: Few more pieces of the zucchini fritters from yesterday with Greek yogurt. Gonna be hungry again fo sho.

5:00 p.m: Some chips. I was at work so I ate shitty shit that was left around. So Naan, random I know. We had a chicken potluck. Needless to say, I didn't participate. Had some yucky chocolate from like Christmas. Dollar store chocolate. Why? Cause I have no control and I have an inner fat
ass constantly wanting to get out.

10:00 p.m: Home now. Having some of my home made cauliflower hummus with melba toast. Garlic city.

I was determined to wake up semi earlier today after yesterday seemed like such a waste of a day.

11:00 a.m: Some of the rice crispy treats from yesterday.

Exercise (11:30 a.m): 30 mins on treadmill, 10 running. I had to get out cause pervy old men started to roll in and I felt uncomfortable. F being a girl.

Am I the only girl in the world who tries to purposely look ugly at the gym? My gym pants are fitted, but, that means fitted at the butt. So, let's be honest - they make butts look good. Hah. I hate it though. I try to wear shirts that cover my butt but even then, I feel uncomfortable. I wish my building's gym was women only. Or, I need to buy super ugly baggy pants. Baggy pants it is!

I'm in rant mode, it's on. I also don't like my buiding's gym cause it's full of men trying to one up eachother. It's a small space so you all see what everyone is doing. I hate that men are all "Yea, look at me do a bicep curl with this 15 pounder". F you. I can pick up that 15 pounder just as well as you can and not look like an ass doing it.

I'm crazy.

4:00 p.m: Lotsa stuff. Hold on to your seat. Made the zucchini fritters again. They look brown but it's all veggie and some flour :P. Had it with Greek yogurt. Mushrooms in a pan with coconut oil. Then I made cauliflower hummus. Loved it! I just took cauliflower, garlic, salt, tahini, olive oil and blended in the food processor. Good stuff.
8:00 p.m: Went out with friends. Chinese food. Didn't need it. This place is nutso though. We were 7 people and left having spent $7 each. WTF. Variety, good food, good stuff.

9:30 p.m: Ice cream, ok?

Woke up wayyy too late so didn't have breakfast til like what is an early dinner. Hah.

4:30 p.m: Pan with vegan butter, veggies, eggs and with greek yogurt. Not bad. Protein filled.
Exercise (8:00 p.m): 45 mins at the gym. Mix of cardio and weights.

9:00 p.m: Protein shake. Coconut milk, protein powder, frozen berries

10:00 p.m: Felt like junk food. :( I made this. Chocolate rice crispie treats.. with kinda healthyish ingredients.

Exercise (7:00 p.m): Finally got to working out. Spent an hour at the gym. Cardio and weights.

8:15 p.m: Protein shake. Coconut milk, frozen berries, protein powder

9:15 p.m: I don't know, felt hungry. Boiled baby brussel sprouts with parmesan and 2 scrambled eggs with vegan butter. No, I'm not vegan. Just bought the butter. It's delicious.

3:30 p.m: Leftover zucchini fritter from last night, boiled brussel sprouts, fried mushroom and cauliflower in coconut oil. Greek yogurt.

Holy lots of food. Stufffffed.
4:15 p.m: I've been on the hunt for protein powder that I can take on the go. Something that tastes ok just mixed with water. Found it! I think I'll take it to work. No need for a blender. I think I'm lacking in the protein dept. so yea, need to fix that.
Ugh. I hate this site cause when it gets glitchy, it's un-fixable. So, link doesn't work for the protein powder. Ugh. 
7:30 p.m: I swear if I didn't have friends I'd eat a lot healthier. Went out. Had one piece of bruscetta, sweet potato fries and cheesecake. 10:00 p.m: Some kale chips

Exercise (7:00 a.m): 45 min boot camp

Last class for this session. Not that I'm stopping or anything, I'm back at it on Tuesday. Potential new instructor though which kinda sucks. Just when I got used to this one. My friend there is also not going to do it anymore. Lonellllly.

I keep skipping breakfast. This is new. My whole life I've always had breakfast or I'd pass out. WTF. To be fair, I'm not doing it on purpose. It's me not getting groceries and there is literally nothing to eat. I have to go tonight, somehow.

1:00 p.m: Exact same lunch as yesterday cause I'm a creature of habit. When I like something, I overdo it.

4:00 p.m: Half a delicious brownie.

8:00 p.m: I'm officially tapped out on food at home, even the freezer. I made the frozen veggies fried over coconut oil with parm cheese. Then fell asleep.

Well, I have parmesan cheese I suppose. Yea, time to grocery shop!


Let's see if I remember this the day after.

1:00 p.m: So F-ing good. Veggie frittata and salad from Fusaro's. Go there.
6:30 p.m: Another delicious find. Went for dinner at Hey Lucy's and I loved it all. Veggie calzone with sweet potato fries. Also had ice cream after. Yup.

7:00 p.m: Frozen veggies in a pan over coconut oil with some parm cheese. Boooooring.
 9:00 p.m: Vegan pancakes using this recipe. Me like! This is what happens when you're really craving pancakes but have no eggs.
Only ate two. I was full.

12:30 p.m: Sandwich and salad.

2:00 p.m: Aero chocolate egg thingie. Yum.

7:00 p.m: Thai coconut curry with rice. Iced capp. Yup. I was craving that curry for a long time, finally gave in. It was burning my mouth big time. I'm over it.


I'm gonna try and keep up here. I forgot.

I woke up starving and had no food in the fridge.

1:30 p.m: Green tea

2:00 p.m: Two years of living in my building with a candy machine and I never went to get anything. This was the day it happened. I got a Kit Kat.

4:00 p.m: Was at my cousin's house. I ate.
8:00 p.m: Met a friend and we ate, again. :( I had some bruscetta. Then, I got an ice cream sundae which I regret, big time. I spent the entire night up because I had that chest pain again. It was horrible. Thank God I didn't throw up this time. I thought I was going too. Spent the night watching TV on the couch. It went away by like 8:00 a.m: Shitty cause I had planned to work out this morning but it didn't work out. I think I must have overeaten.
