Saturday

I'm back. 

- Banana
- Greek yogurt with nuts
- Spinach fried in some coconut oil, kefteh. Ground beef meatball things. Foreign. 
- Salad with chicken breast, nuts, spinach, tomato, olive oil, lemon
- Protein bar

I win.

So, I won. It was amazing. I've never felt better.

Monday

- Protein drink.
- Carrot muffin.
- Delicious salad. Kale, olive oil based dressing, goat cheese, cranberries, walnuts.
- Piece of salmon with plain wilted spinach.
- bit of boxing training. Not too hard. Took our 'after' photos. Blahhhh. Felt like a fatty. Still need another few months til I feel like I can successfully rock it. Just in time for Summer? Yes please!

Weight progress

So here is the good news.

I have finally gone below my plateu weight. Woohoo! In the last 2 months of boxing, I've only lost 6 lbs. But, in the last month of eating meat, I lost all of that. Also, I'm down 3% body fat. Heyooooooo. It's not about the scale anymore, it's about body composition. Scale doesn't mean shit. I look smaller. 

In celebration, I went to the mall and bought a ton of clothes. I've never been able to walk into stores and fit into clothes. I'm embracing it. So what.

Side bar, I bought a onesie. For sleeping. Omg comfortable. Can't handle it.

- Caeser salad with chicken
- Rice cakes

Not enough protein today.

Gahhhhh I fight in 2 days.

- 1/2 a macaron. YES. 
- Salad. Quinoa bite thing.

- 30 min treadmill run
- Protein shake.
- Cottage cheese

Thursday

No official training tonight. It feels awesome to come to work without a huge gym bag. I was starting to forget what that felt like.

- Shake. Coconut milk, protein powder, 1/2 banana, cocoa powder, cinnamon, honey
- Was at a work thing. There was literally a buffett of food. So I had bits and pieces of chicken breast, sweet potato, quinoa, grilled veggies, hummus. Sounds ok right? No. I followed it up with a delicious almond croissant, cheese, and a small piece of cake. Bah!
- Cottage cheese with nuts
- Seaweed

Bad day. I skipped dinner cause I felt I overdid it in calories at lunch.

- Out for sushi. Green dragon roll, agedashi tofu, shiitakee roll. 
- Steamed veggies, chicken breast
- 1 hr boxing, 1 hr conditioning. Blue team kickin ass! Feeling good about. Just over a week away from fight night. It's on.

Shitty day.

- Baked salmon, boiled veggies
- boxing. Just did a round of sparring. Nose started to bleed. Booooooo. Now I'm convinced I've messed my nose up and it's gonna bleed every time it's punched. It's gonna be a bloody fight!

- Beef shawarma with tabouli, potato
- Out. Amazing food. Sausage and mashed potato, sticky toffee pudding. To die for delicious.

... And I woke up with the gallstone pain. This is what happens when you enjoy food. I has red eat yesterday (for the first time in years) and very little veggie, too much carb.

So I'm writing this at 2 p.m. The day was planned before it even began. Diets are no fun.

...and my neck kills from the beating I took yesterday. Great! 2 more days of exercise and rest day comes.

- 2 hr boxing session. Hurt. Neck is soooooar.

- Oatmeal, blueberries, cinnamon, egg whites. 
- Boxing. Got my ass handed to me in the ring. There was blood, and bruising to come. She's heavier than me, and left handed. I was badddddd. Learning experience. Embarrassing. She's gonna kick her opponents ass though and that makes me happy. Go blue team!
- Protein shake 
- Out. Fried pickles, a turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomato wrap with a ceaser salad. 

Did not eat a lot today.
