12:30 p.m: Apple with almond butter, cinnamon

Dinner at the folks house so ate all night. Can't remember but I took this photo and I'm sure I had one too many baklava.

Ah, day off. Too much sleep today. Which is why I haven't eaten til just now...

5:00 p.m: 2 hard boiled eggs and veggies in a pan with coconut oil and parmesan cheese.


8:00 p.m: grilled veggie salad
9:00 p.m: iced hot chocolate

Exercise (11:30 p.m): 1 hr on treadmill

But really Friday, cause tomorrow is off.

6:00 a.m: One hard boiled egg

Exercise (7 a.m): 45 min boot camp

9:30 a.m: One almond butter ball cookie thing MK mishkebob made. Good stuff!

Yea, I had a busy day.

5:30 p.m: Falafel and stuff. So good.

I was out after 6:30 and snacked on chips and pizza. Yup.

2:00 p.m: Veggie wrap and Greek salad

6:00 p.m: Pretzels

8:00 p.m: Rough day at work. Dessert for dinner. Waffle with ice cream, berries... the works. So freakin good.

6:00 a.m: One hard boiled egg

Exercise (7 a.m): 45 min boot camp, 5 min run

10:00 a.m: Apple with some honey, cinnamon, almonds

12:30 p.m: Veggie burrito. It was good.

Two starbursts. I'm hungry. Hungry for chocolate. Bah. I wish there was a grocery store like literally under my building, not a 5 minute walk. GAHD!
I'm in heels (well, wedges) today my friends. Omg. I'm actually not dying. Woohoo!

6:30 p.m: 1 hard boiled egg, Veggie overload in pan with coconut oil.
7:30 p.m: Kale chips. Nom nom.

Green overload for dinner? Yes. Need protein in my life.

9:30 p.m: Stove top popcorn. Olive oil.

Back to work. Short week though, yay!

9:00 a.m: Green tea

I haven't worked out in almost a week. FAIL.

12:30 p.m: falafel sandwich

5:30 p.m: hippie overpriced protein bar. They're lucky it was super tasty!
7:30 p.m: Salad. Kale, tomato, avocado, garlic, wheat berry, basil, lemon, olive oil, salt
I made wayyyy too much. Ate half.
Exercise (9:30 p.m.): 30 mins treadmill

10:30 p.m: Late night snackage. Apple with almond butter and cinnamon
